May 16— Prey Khmove, Cambodia: Ms. Sokha of Prey Khmove Village, Cambodia lives with her sisters and widowed mother. Sokha's family never had very much money, but when her father died, they had to suffice without his income. They looked for answers within the Buddhist religion, but ended up spending more money buying feasts for false idols. Poverty started taking a toll, not only mentally, but physically, and the family fell ill often. Recently, Sokha met with one of her classmates, a Bible Correspondence Course volunteer, and was invited to learn about Christ.
